Match fee transactions

Overview

Match Fees is a dedicated feature allowing Webmasters and Team Admins to easily collect match fee payments from members directly through the Pitchero system.

Once the admin has picked the player(s) for the game, they can be allocated the match fee assignment to complete payment before or after the game.

The transactions page in the Match Fees section of the club admin dashboard provides Webmasters with a broader view of all paid match fee assignments, including filter and request export tools.

Viewing match fee transactions

Step-by-step guide:

• Go to your club admin dashboard
• Click 'Match Fees' from the left-hand menu
• Click 'Transactions' from the sub-menu
• View the member's match fee assignment
• Click on the assignment to view it in more detail on the sidebar on the right-hand side of the page

Filtering match fee transactions

Step-by-step guide:

• Go to your club admin dashboard
• Click 'Match Fees' from the left-hand menu
• Click 'Transactions' from the sub-menu
• Click 'Filters' at the top of the page
  • Filter by date
  • Filter by the match fee variant
  • Filter by team(s)
  • Filter by status
• Click 'Apply filters' at the bottom of the sidebar.

The page will reload with the filtered information.

Exporting match fee transactions

Step-by-step guide:

• Go to your club admin dashboard
• Click 'Match Fees' from the left-hand menu
• Click 'Transactions' from the sub-menu
• Click 'Export Transactions' at the top of the page
  
  • The export button will temporarily change to "Compiling report" while the data is being processed
• Once processed, click 'Download Report'

The CSV file will be downloaded to your web browser to open (e.g. in Excel or Google Sheets).

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

• Unable to access the Match Fees area of the club admin dashboard
  
  • In order to access the section, you need to have the Webmaster role with access to the Match Fees section. Team Admins are not able to access this section without also having the Webmaster role with access to the section.
  • If you have the Webmaster role with access to the Match Fees section, check that you are logged into the correct account on Pitchero. You can also try reloading the page in your browser, using a different browser, device or network connection.

• All match fee payments have been collected but it doesn't show as 100%
  • Check if one or more of the match fee payments collected on the fixture has been partially refunded. If so, the percentage will not show as 100% because the amount collected is lower than the amount expected.
