Using the fee calculator

The fee calculator can be used to get an indication of how much the club will receive based on one payment collected from a member.

The fee calculator is available to use in the club admin dashboard > Payment Tools > Payment providers

Step-by-step guide:

Go to your club admin dashboard
Click 'Payment Tools' from the left-hand menu
Click 'Payment providers' from the sub-menu
Click 'Fee calculator' or scroll to the bottom of the page
Check a payment by entering the details:
- Amount (for a single transaction)
- Payment provider (Stripe Connect Express or GoCardless)
- Club's website package (Pro, or Standard)
- Transaction value

The page will automatically update with a calculation showing a breakdown of how much the club will receive from the payment.

Top tip:

Charities save 25% on the GoCardless fee. GoCardless' fee drops to 0.9% + 18p (inc. VAT) capped at £3.
