This article covers how you can manage the details for your Pitchero account.

Overview

In Pitchero there are two areas where your information is managed, your Pitchero details and your Club details.

The following article will go over how you can manage your details in your Pitchero account area. This is where you can manage your email address, password and general details.

Manage my details

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login to your Pitchero account
  • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'Settings' in the side-bar
  • View your basic account details and make any changes where required
  • Click 'Save changes'

 

My password

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login to your Pitchero account
  • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'Settings' in the side-bar
  • Click 'Password'
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter your new password
  • Re-enter your new password
  • Click 'Save Changes'

Change my email address

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login to your Pitchero account
  • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'Settings' in the side-bar
  • Remove your existing email address
  • Enter your new email address
  • Click 'Save changes'

Please note:

Your email address is a unique identifier on Pitchero, it can only be associated with one account at a time.

If you are unable to use an email address on your Pitchero account, it means it's already associated with another Pitchero account.

Login to that account to establish whether you should use that account, or another.

You only need one Pitchero account with one email address. The account can be associated with multiple clubs and leagues on Pitchero, and manage your child(ren) if relevant.


     

    Add/update my profile image

    Step-by-step guide:

    • Login to your Pitchero account
    • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
    • Click 'Settings' in the side-bar
    • Click the pencil icon next to your profile image
    • Select a new profile image
    • Crop the image to suit
    • Click 'Save'
    • View the preview and click 'Upload'
    • Click 'Save changes'

     

    Troubleshooting

    This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

    • My account is registered but I am not receiving emails.
      • There are three common reasons why your account isn't receiving emails from the club/Pitchero as expected.
        1. Your account isn't confirmed.
          After registering your Pitchero account, you should have received an email from robot@email.pitchero.com to confirm your account (and to receive emails in the future). Look out for the email in your inbox or junk/trash/spam folder.
          You can request a new confirmation email via the Overview page of your account with the club. See the screenshot below.

        2. You have unsubscribed from receiving emails.
          You can manage your email preferences in your account settings. See this article for guidance.
        3. Your account is set to bounce/block emails sent by Pitchero.
          This means your email account has previously blocked emails sent by Pitchero/the email sending provider. You may have encountered an issue with your email account (i.e. mailbox full/not in use) or a number of emails were moved/delivered to spam.
          If this happens, please could our Support Team for assistance.
          Once resolved, you should receive emails from Pitchero again, though the issue may reoccur. To help ensure the issue doesn't reoccur, we recommend adding the sending address, robot@email.pitchero.com as a safe-sender/contact in your email account.
    • Unable to add my phone number to my account.
      • The phone number field is standard field shared with Pitchero and the club(s) in your account. It's an optional field.
      • The most common error is that the telephone country code doesn't match the phone number entered.
        • For instance, if you're from Jersey, Isle of Man or Guernsey, please ensure you have selected '+44 (Jersey)', '+44 (Isle of Man)', or '+44 (Guernsey)' rather than '+44 (United Kingdom)'.
