Join a club on Pitchero

Step-by-step guide:

Go to the club's website
Click 'Join' in the top right corner of the page
Enter your details
Click 'Join this club'
Agree to the terms
- Terms of Service (required)
- Club's policies (required)
- Pitchero Partners (optional)
Complete the reCAPTCHA form
Click 'Next'
Tick the roles you wish to apply for
- Click 'Skip' if you don't need any additional roles and are happy with the Supporter role only
- Click here for more information on the different roles you can apply for, and what they mean.
Click 'Next step'

Top Tip:

After registering on Pitchero, you should receive an email to verify your account to receive emails from the club and Pitchero.

The email is sent from robot@email.pitchero.com. Look out for the email in your inbox/junk folders.

If you can't find the confirmation email, you can request another via the Overview page of your account with the club.

Step-by-step guide:

Login to Pitchero
Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
Click 'Your account'
- If your account is linked to multiple clubs, click on one of the clubs in the dropdown options.
See the blue 'Confirm your email address' box towards the top of the page
Click 'Resend'

Please Note:

Parents should register with their own details, then apply for the Parent role of their child(ren) in the 'Apply for roles' section below.

Some roles may require some more information by the club. After registering, go the Membership area of your account to view and update your details.

Step-by-step guide:

On the Account created page, click 'My account'
Click 'Membership Info' (if your club requires some information from you, the link will be 'Update Info')
View and update your membership information where required
Click 'Save changes'

You can be a member of multiple clubs on Pitchero.

Go to the club's website
Login to your Pitchero account
Click 'Join' in the top right corner of the page
Agree to the club's policies
Click 'Join this club'
Tick the roles you wish to apply for (if you don't wish to apply for a role, click 'Skip')
Click 'Next step'

Top Tip:

If you have left a club, you can remove the club from your Pitchero account following this guide.
