The article covers managing your own and your child's membership information in your Pitchero account.

Overview

At Pitchero, we understand that your details are important to you and the club. Your details are securely stored in your account, with only Webmasters and Team Admins able to see the information you have provided.

Keeping your details up-to-date is essential; so you can continue playing for the club, and you continue enjoying Pitchero too

The club may at times request additional details or ask you to check your details are still up-to-date. If you're unsure of the information you're asked to provide, you can contact the club directly.


 

Manage my own membership information

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login to Pitchero
  • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'Your Account' (If you are associated with more than one club, click 'Your Account' and then the club name)
  • Click 'Membership Info' (if your club requires some information from you, the link will be 'Update Info')
  • View and update your membership information where required
  • Click 'Save changes'

If you have left some required fields blank, you will be notified to enter these details in order to save the changes.


 

Manage my child's membership information

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login to Pitchero
  • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'Your Account' (If you are associated with more than one club, click 'Your Account' and then the club name)
  • Click on the child's name
  • Click 'Membership Info' (if your club requires some information from you, the link will be 'Update Info')
  • View and update your child's membership information where required
  • Click 'Save changes'

If you have left some required fields blank, you will be notified to enter these details in order to save the changes.


 

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

  • Unable to save my information on my account:
    • If you are unable to save your information on your page, it could imply there is a validation error with the information you have/haven't entered on the page (i.e. you haven't completed all required fields to the club or Pitchero). A red dot should appear for all required fields.
    • Separately, a change/update to your account may not save if it's not allowed on Pitchero (e.g. the email address is already associated with another account, the telephone country code needs to match the country selected in your account).
    • Some custom membership fields created by the club may only allow the member to enter numbers, not any other characters. Make sure the field has the appropriate characters.
    • If you still need assistance, we advise that you contact the club directly for assistance.
