This article covers how you can login to your Pitchero account using a web browser

Overview

To log into your club's Pitchero website, you will first need a registered Pitchero account.

Your Pitchero account is then linked to your club where you view content, and manage your details, schedule, messages and payments with the club.

You are able to connect your Pitchero account to multiple clubs so you don't have to create an account with each of their websites.


 

Login to Pitchero

Via pitchero.com

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go pitchero.com
  • Click 'Login' at the top right corner of the screen
  • Enter your email address
  • Enter your password
  • Click 'Login'

Once logged in, you can navigate to your account area or a club's website in your network.

Via the club's website

Step-by-guide:

  • Go to the club's homepage
  • Click 'Login' on the right-hand side of the page
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Click 'Login'

Once logged in, you will return to the club's Pitchero website where you can navigate to different pages.

Some pages/information on the website may only be visible to authorised members of the club (i.e. excluding non-members and members with only the Supporter role).

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

  • Unable to login my Pitchero account
    • If you have a Pitchero account, you should be able to access it using a web browser or the mobile app using your email address and password.
    • The email address and password credentials are case-sensitive, please take care to ensure they are entered correctly.
    • If your details have been entered correctly (to your knowledge) but you cannot login, you can complete a password reset via the Login page.
  • I have requested a new password but I don't get the recovery email 
    • If you have a Pitchero account, you should receive an email with a link to change your password within a few minutes of requesting it (though it could take up to 15 minutes to be delivered)
    • The email is sent from robot@email.pitchero.com. Please check all folders of your email account (including spam/junk) for the email. You may wish to add the sender address as a safe-sender/contact in your email account settings.
    • If you still need assistance, please contact our Support Team.
  • The link in the password reset email has expired
    • The link in the password reset email is designed to be used immediately upon receiving emails (providing you genuinely requested a new password). The link is not permanent and will expire if not used.
    • The link in the email may also expire if you have initiated the password reset multiple times in quick session. Once you have initiated a password reset, you should wait patiently for the email to be delivered to you (it could take up to 15 minutes to be delivered but is often much quicker). Do not initiate another password reset in the meantime.
