Remove a membership field from the club
If the club no longer needs to store specific field information on Pitchero, the club can remove the custom membership field(s) from Pitchero.
If the club doesn't wish to remove the information from Pitchero, but make the field inactive to members, the club can update the 'Can members see and edit this field?' setting to 'No'. This is an indirect way of archiving a membership field.
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club admin dashboard
- Click 'Membership' from the left-hand menu
- Click 'Fields' from the sub-menu
- Click the 'Spanner' icon to the right of the field you wish to edit
- Click 'Delete'
Please note:
If you have included the membership field in a payment form on a product, you will detach the field from the payment form before you can remove the membership field completely.
Once removed from the club admin dashboard, the field information is removed from Pitchero completely. The data cannot be restored.
