This article provides information on adding fixtures, match previews, final scores and league tables.

Add a single fixture
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to the club control panel
- Click 'Teams' from the left-hand menu
- Click on the team name in the sub-menu
- Click 'Add a fixture' on the right-hand side of the page
- Click 'Add fixtures'
- Enter the fixture details (date, start time, home/away, opponent, type of fixture)
- Click 'Save'
To add multiple fixtures at the same time, enter the number of days after the last fixture and click 'Add'. Enter the new fixture details, then repeat for any other fixtures you wish to add. Then click 'Save'.
Import fixtures from a spreadsheet
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to the club control panel
- Click 'Teams' from the left-hand menu
- Click the team name from the sub-menu
- Click 'Add a fixture' on the right-hand side of the page
- Click 'Upload spreadsheet'
- Download our 'example spreadsheet' and add your fixtures to it. Save the file as a .csv (comma-separated values)
The fixtures must be listed in the format shown in the table below.
For Type and Venue pick one of the options shown.

- Click 'Choose File'
- Upload the spreadsheet
- Check each fixture in the preview mode and make any changes required
- Click 'Upload'

Match preview
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to the club control panel
- Click 'Teams' from the left-hand menu
- Click the team name from the sub-menu
- Locate the fixture and click 'Match centre' on the right-hand side of the page
- Click 'Preview'
- Enter the match preview
- Click 'Save'
Add a final score
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to the club control panel
- Click 'Teams' from the left-hand panel and select a specific team from the sub-menu
- Click the 'Match Centre' button in grey on the far right of the fixture
- Click 'Final Score' (last blue tab at the top)
- Here, you can add the final score, include penalties if relevant, add a crowd attendance and any notes then click 'Save'
Add a league table
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to the club control panel
- Click 'Teams' from the left-hand panel and select a specific team from the sub-menu
- Choose 'League table' from the menu across the top of the page
- Click 'Create a table' (green button the right-hand side)
- Add a 'table name', the 'season', the 'columns' you require and what 'order' the table should display in
- Click 'Save'
League tables and fixtures, as above, are for games that aren't connected to a league on Pitchero. i.e.) a friendly league.

Troubleshooting problems
If a league table is not appearing, there are some things you can try:
- You should add a season archive for each season you have added content for.
- For a winter season, we recommend: Start date 1st of July and the end date to be the 30th of June the following year.
- For a summer season, we recommend: Start date to the 1st of January and the end date to be the 31st of December the same year.
- We recommend that you name your season archives in a consistent fashion (e.g. ‘Season 2019/20’ or ‘Season 2020’ ).
