Creating a custom amount donation product

We have created a tool which makes it quick and easy for your members and visitors to donate to your club online.

Creating a donation product is completed in just a few simple steps which are detailed below.

Step-by-step guide:

Go to your club control panel
Click 'Shop and payments' from the left-hand menu
Click 'Products' from the sub-menu
Click 'Add a new product' on the right-hand side of the page
Click 'Fundraising'
Click 'Custom donation'
Do you wish to display the total amount raised on your website?
Do you have a target amount you are trying to raise?
- What is the target amount you are trying to raise?
Do you want to display a list of donations on your website?
Select the payment provider you wish to use
Do you want to give the purchaser the option to include Gift Aid?
Enter a Name & Description of your donation product then click 'Next'
Upload an image for your product, you can also skip this if you wish
Select who can buy the product (all members or unavailable to purchase)
Review the product details, then click 'Create my Product'

Top tip:

Use a news item to promote your donation product, this will drive further traffic to your donation page.
