We have created a tool which makes it quick and easy for your members and visitors to donate to your club online.
Creating a donation product is completed in just a few simple steps which are detailed below.
Creating a custom amount donation product
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Shop and payments' from the left-hand menu
- Click 'Products' from the sub-menu
- Click 'Add a new product' on the right-hand side of the page
- Click 'Fundraising'
- Click 'Custom donation'
- Do you wish to display the total amount raised on your website?
- Do you have a target amount you are trying to raise?
- What is the target amount you are trying to raise?
- Do you want to display a list of donations on your website?
- Select the payment provider you wish to use
- Do you want to give the purchaser the option to include Gift Aid?
- Enter a Name & Description of your donation product then click 'Next'
- Upload an image for your product, you can also skip this if you wish
- Select who can buy the product (all members or unavailable to purchase)
- Review the product details, then click 'Create my Product'
Use a news item to promote your donation product, this will drive further traffic to your donation page.
