Overview

By default, all products are created with a status of 'all members can purchase'.

If a member has been assigned to the product, this will display prominently to the member on the Shop page of the website and in the Payments area of the member's account.

There are three products statuses:

All members can purchase - the product can be purchased by any member

Only assigned members can purchase - the product can only be purchased by members assigned to the product

Unavailable to purchase - the product cannot be purchased by any member

Change the product status

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your club control panel
  • Click 'Shop and payments' from the left-hand menu
  • Click 'Products' from the sub-menu
  • Click on the product name
  • Click on the current product status
  • In the side-bar, click the new status
  • Click 'Save changes'

Archive a product

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your club control panel
  • Click 'Shop and payments' from the left-hand menu
  • Click 'Products' from the sub-menu
  • Locate the product and click the options icon on the right-hand side of the page
  • Click 'Archive product'

You can view archived products in the club control panel by clicking 'Filters' on the Products page.
