How do I register?

If your club uses Pitchero and is in the UK, you can register to join The Fundraising Club Lottery easily via the club admin dashboard. Click here for more information.

What is the cost to the club?

The Fundraising Club Lottery provides instant fundraising with no cost to the club and minimal admin.

Can I edit my club affiliate page content?

Once your club has joined The Fundraising Club Lottery, you can edit the affiliate page content to include more information about your club's cause (i.e. what your club is fundraising for).

What are the terms of the agreement?

There are no commitments/contracts to use The Fundraising Club Lottery. Your club can opt-out at any point and stop selling tickets.

Tickets and Prizes

How much does a ticket cost?

Each ticket costs just £10. Lottery players can buy up to 5 tickets. Lottery players do not need to have a Pitchero account to buy a lottery ticket.

Ongoing monthly payment will be on 10th of every month unless cancelled by the player.

How many tickets must a club sell?

There isn't a minimum number of tickets that the club must sell, but the grants the club receive is proportional to the number of lottery tickets bought by the club's members. 

We encourage clubs to promote the Lottery to as many eligible members as possible. The more the merrier.

What are the prizes?

1st prize is £5,000*

2nd prize is £2,000

3rd prize is £50 (available to 20 winners)

*Bonus prize is one price of £20,000 - which can be won by the 1st prize winner (1 in 6 chance of winning).

Does the club provide the prizes?

Prizes are awarded by Bee Ethical. Clubs do not need to provide any prizes.

How will the winners be contacted?

Following the draw, the 1st and 2nd prize winners will be notified by telephone. If not contactable you will be notified by email. Where possible winning funds are deposited directly into your bank account. In the event of an undeliverable email you will be notified by post.

Yes, Pitchero will help with marketing the Lottery to the club's eligible members.

Grants

How much can the club earn?

Each lottery ticket is £10. £6 per lottery ticket is guaranteed to be received by the club after the draw as a grant.

Each grant is in proportional to the number of Lottery tickets the club has sold.

When does the club receive a grant?

The draw takes place on the last day of the month.

After the draw has taken place, we will notify the affiliate of the grant (club officer) and make payment to the club within 30 days of the draw.

Who pays the grants?

We will aim to make payment to the club bank account within 30 days of the draw.

What can we spend the grant money on?

Anything your club wants or needs!

Regulation

Is the lottery regulated?

The Fundraising Club Lottery is operated by The Fundraising Club CIC, a non-profit company. Pitchero supports the Fundraising Club with marketing and promotion. Bee Ethical Ltd, regulated by the Gambling Commission, is the external lottery manager.
