Your lottery ticket

Where can I buy a ticket?

You can buy tickets via your club's website. Go to your club homepage and look for the 'Lottery' link in the main navigation.

Each ticket costs £10 per month. Ticket purchases automatically enrol you in the draw for the next month unless you cancel. 1 player can purchase up to 5 tickets per month.

I'm struggling to buy a ticket.

If you are unable to purchase a ticket, don't hesitate to contact our dedicated lottery player support line.

If you are struggling to buy a ticket via Apple Pay, we're aware of an issue and we working on a solution. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I didn't get a confirmation email.

Once you have purchased a lottery ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. If you can't see it in your inbox, check your junk/spam folders for the email.

If you still can't find the confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact our dedicated lottery player support line.

Do I need to have a Pitchero account to buy a ticket?

No, you do NOT need to have a Pitchero user account to buy a lottery ticket.

How do I see if I've won?

The prize draw takes place on the final day of each month.1st and 2nd prize winners will be notified by telephone. If not contactable, you will be notified by email.

How will I receive a prize?

Where possible winning funds are deposited directly into your bank account. In the event of an undeliverable email you will be notified by post.

How old do I need to be to play the Lottery?

You must be 18 years old to play the Lottery.

FREE Gourmet Society Membership

All lottery players receive a Gourmet Society membership for free. This can be used to save up to 25% off food and drinks at thousands of restaurants nationwide, plus discounts on takeaways, cinema tickets, days out, and hundreds of UK retailers.

After buying a ticket, you will get a confirmation email. The confirmation email includes a section on Gourmet Society with a unique code.

Download the Gourmet Society app and register an account. While registering, select 'I have a code' and enter your unique code.
