Overview

Create and manage teams at your club on Pitchero. Teams can be added to specific sections of the club which helps to see and understand them in one place.

The club can manage up to 4 team sections on Pitchero at any one time. By default, these are listed as the following (though they can be re-ordered and renamed via the club admin dashboard:

  • Senior

Top Tip:

Clubs on the Free package are limited to running 1 team on the website and mobile apps.

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

  • What is the Team Add-On fee?
    • The number of active teams is linked to the club's paid package
      • Free - 1 teams
      • Standard - 20 teams (the club can use more teams. Additional teams are £2.50 per month per team)
      • Pro - unlimited teams
    • Clubs on Standard with more than 20 active teams will need to pay a Team Add-On fee to manage these teams on Pitchero (£2.50 per month per additional team).
    • The club is billed monthly for the maximum number of additional teams used in the previous month.
      • For example, the club on the Standard package had 24 active teams for any time during the month of April, the club will be billed £10 on 1st May for the overage in April.
if the club reduced the number of active teams to 21 in April and didn't increase it in May, the club will be billed £2.50 on 1st June.
  • How to increase or decrease the number of additional teams on the Standard package
    • Increase
      • Create a new team via the club admin dashboard that is hidden. The Webmaster will need to agree to the Team Add-On fee to create an active team.
      • Update an existing team from 'Hidden' (or forced hidden by the existing Team Add-On quota) to 'Not Hidden'. The Webmaster will need to agree to the Team Add-On fee to make the team active.
    • Decrease
      • Set the team to 'Hidden' on the team's settings page in the club admin dashboard. See this article for more information.
