Player availability in the club control panel

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the club control panel
  • Click 'Teams' from the left-hand menu
  • Click 'Availability' from the sub-menu
  • The next four fixture dates will display, along with the status of players' availability. You can filter members by role, team, payment product or a custom field.

Webmasters with full access to the ‘Teams’ section will see players from all teams in their filter

Team Admins will only see the players from their own team

    • To view further ahead than the next four fixtures, click the blue arrow next to the fourth fixture on the far-right of the page
    • You can also filter results by player name, position or team 

Players can mark their availability status as one of three options:

  • Available
  • Unavailable
  • Not Sure

Prompt players for their availability

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the club control panel
  • Click 'Teams' from the left-hand menu
  • Select a team from the sub-menu
  • Next to a specific fixture, click on the 'Match Centre' button in grey
  • Click 'Team Selection' from the top-menu
  • To manually send prompts to players about availability, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Send Availability Prompts' in grey
  • Filter members by:
    • Role
    • Team
    • Availability
    • Other field
    • Payment product
  • Select players to notify by ticking individual names or 'Email & Push' to select all
  • Click 'Send Notifications'

Mark a player's availability manually

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the club control panel
  • Click 'Teams' from the left-hand menu
  • Click 'Availability' from the sub-menu
  • Search for the player in the filter box
  • Click on the availability status next to the relevant fixture
  • In the player record, choose availability from the drop-down menu
  • Add (optional) comments in the field
  • Click 'Save'
