Manage basic information

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the club control panel
  • Click 'Teams' on the left-hand side of the page
  • Click the team name from the sub-menu
  • Click 'Settings' across the top of the page
  • Make any edits to the fields
  • Click 'Save changes'

Basic information includes the team name, section, age group, gender and whether the team is live or hidden on the website.

Manage match periods

By default, match periods are set as per your club's chosen sport.

Football 2x 45 minute periods
Rugby union 2x 40 minute periods
Rugby league 2x 40 minute periods
Hockey 2x 35 minute periods
Netball 4x 15 minute periods
Lacrosse 4x 15 minute periods

You can change the default match period for your team in the club control panel.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the club control panel
  • Click 'Teams' in the left-hand menu
  • Click the team name from the sub-menu
  • Click 'Settings' towards the centre of the page
  • Scroll down to the 'Fixture settings' section
  • Click 'Manage Periods'
  • Enter the new match period (format in MM:SS)
  • Click 'Add'
  • Repeat for any other default periods for the team

You can also change the match periods for an individual fixture page (e.g. a cup fixture with 2x periods of 45 minutes and 2x periods of 15 minutes extra time).

Manage privacy settings

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the club control panel
  • Click 'Teams' in the left-hand menu
  • Click the team name from the sub-menu
  • Click 'Settings' towards the centre of the page
  • Scroll down to the 'Privacy settings' section on the page
  • Click 'Public' or 'Private' on the type of content:
    • Player profiles & photos
    • Team selections
    • Collated team statistics
  • Click 'Save settings'

Public allows all visitors to the website to see the information.

Private allows only authorised members on the website to see the information.

Manage team display settings

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the club control panel
  • Click 'Teams' in the left-hand menu
  • Click the team name from the sub-menu
  • Click 'Settings' towards the centre of the page
  • Scroll down to the 'Team Display settings' section on the page
  • Click 'On' or 'Off' on the type of content:
    • Matches
    • Table
    • Squad
    • Stats
    • Reports
  • Click 'Save settings'

Setting a team display option to Off will also prevent the content from showing on other pages of the website.

Manage team homepage information

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the club control panel
  • Click 'Teams' in the left-hand menu
  • Click the team name from the sub-menu
  • Click 'Homepage' towards the centre of the page
  • Enter the team homepage details (page title and description)
  • Click 'Save'

The team photo

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the club control panel
  • Click 'Teams' in the left-hand menu
  • Click the team name from the sub-menu
  • Click 'Homepage' towards the centre of the page
  • Click the '+' icon
  • Choose an image from an existing album or upload the team photo to an album
  • Click 'Save'

If you wish to replace an existing team photo, click the bin icon in the top right corner of the team photo and replace it with the new image.
