Creating a product is completed in just 4 simple steps, allowing members to buy the product within minutes.

Create a merchandise or teamwear product without variants
If the product has only one size or no variations, you can quickly and easily create this product without using variants.
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Shop and payments' from the left-hand menu
- Click 'Products' from the sub-menu
- Click 'Add a new product' on the right-hand side of the page
- Click 'Merchandise' or 'Teamwear'
- Click 'No' when asked if you have variants
- Enter the cost of the product, then click 'Next'
- Select your payment provider
- Enter the product name and description, then click 'Next'
- Add a product image
- Select who can buy the product (all members, assigned members only, or unavailable to purchase)
- Review the product details, then click 'Create my Product'
Top tip:
We recommend using Stripe to collect one-off payments, especially merchandise and teamwear items.
Create a merchandise or teamwear product with variants
If the product has multiple sizes or variations of the same product, clubs can still list this within one product.
This enables members to quickly and easily checkout the correct size or variation of this product without the need to scroll through your shop page.
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Shop and payments' from the left-hand menu
- Click 'Products' from the sub-menu
- Click 'Add a new product' on the right-hand side of the page
- Click 'Merchandise' or 'Teamwear'
- Click 'Yes' when asked if you have variants
- Enter your product variants (e.g. small, medium and large)
- Enter the price for your variants
- Click 'Next'
- Enter the product name and description, then click 'Next'
- Add a product image
- Select who can buy the product
- Review the product details, then click 'Create my Product'
Top tip:
Another key benefit to the club is seeing all variations of the product in one place. The club can also filter by different variations.
