Overview

The club needs a season archive per season that team fixture information is entered and managed on Pitchero (including the current season).

Season archives can be added/updated by Webmasters with access to the Settings section of the club admin dashboard.

Season archives show as filters on both the visitor end of the website and in your club admin dashboard, separating your team's content between their different seasons.

The season archives apply to the following areas, alowing members to quickly navigate between team content from different seasons.

• Fixtures & results

• League tables

• Player and team statistics

Add a new season archive

Step-by-step guide:

• Go to your club admin dashboard
• Click 'Settings' from the left-hand menu
• Click 'Seasons' from the Settings sub-menu
• Click 'Add Season'
• Enter the 'Name', 'Start date' and 'End date' of the Season
• Click 'Save'

Troubleshooting

This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

• Unable to see the relevant season archive
  • Season archives are created and managed by Webmasters of the club (with access to the Settings area of the club admin dashboard). Season archives are not created automatically on the Pitchero system.
  • If you do not have access to add/update season archives, we advise that you contact a Webmaster of the club who can.
• Unsure on what the season archive dates should be for my club's sport.
  • We recommended start and end dates for a U.K. club's season archive are:
    • Non-League football - 1st June - 31st May
    • Community football, rugby union, hockey, netball - 1st July - 30th June
    • Cricket - 1st January - 31st December
