Overview
Photo albums are uploaded in the user account area of Pitchero. Any member of the club can upload and share an album with a club.
Before the photo album can show on the club website, the album must be moderated by a Webmaster within the Site Content area of the club control panel.
By moderating a photo album, you accept the Pitchero Photographic Guidelines.
Moderating a photo album (shared with a club)
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Site Content' from the left-hand menu
- Click 'Photos' from the sub-menu
- Select ‘Moderate Album’ on the right-hand side
- Click ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’ (if you click 'Reject' proceed to click 'Reject Album')
- Click 'Public' or 'Private'
- Click 'Whole Club' or 'X team name'
- Click ‘Approve Album’
Public - all visitors can view the content
Private - only authorised members of the club can view the content
Deleting a photo album from a club website
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Site Content' from the left-hand menu
- Click 'Photos' from the sub-menu
- Hover over the spanner icon next to the photo album you wish to remove from the club
- Click 'Remove Album'
- If you wish to continue, click 'OK'
The photo album will be removed from the club website but will still be in the member's account who uploaded the photo album.
