Overview
Photo albums are uploaded in the user account area of Pitchero. Any member of the club can upload and share an album with a club.
Before the photo album can show on the club website, the album must be moderated by a Webmaster within the Site Content area of the club admin dashboard.
By moderating a photo album, you accept the Pitchero Photographic Guidelines.
Moderating a photo album (shared with a club)
A photo album(s) awaiting moderation will show at the top of the Photos page in the Site Content area of the club admin dashboard (with a yellow background).
The Webmaster will see an action to moderate the album so it can show (publicly or privately) on the club's website and the Pitchero Club app.
Top Tip:
The difference between public and private content:

Public - all visitors can view the content (including non-members)

Private - only authorised members of the club can view the content (any registered member of the club on Pitchero with a role except Supporters)
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your admin dashboard
- Click 'Site Content' from the left-hand menu
- Click 'Photos' from the sub-menu
- Select ‘Moderate Album’ on the right-hand side
- Click ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’ (if you click 'Reject' proceed to click 'Reject Album')
- Click 'Public' or 'Private'
- Click 'Whole Club' or 'X team name'
- Click ‘Approve Album’
Useful information
Photo albums display on the club's website (if the options have been enabled) and on the Pitchero Club app in the order they were moderated via the club admin dashboard (most recent to least recent)
Members with the Pitchero Club app can receive a push notification that the photo album has been posted.
A link to view the photo album on the website can automatically be shared with the club's connected social accounts.
Deleting a photo album from a club website
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club admin dashboard
- Click 'Site Content' from the left-hand menu
- Click 'Photos' from the sub-menu
- Hover over the spanner icon next to the photo album you wish to remove from the club
- Click 'Remove Album'
- If you wish to continue, click 'OK'
The photo album will be removed from the club website but will still be in the member's account who uploaded the photo album.
