This article provides information on how to create one-off and recurring club events which show in the club calendar.

Add Event

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the club control panel
  • Click 'Site Content' from the left-hand menu
  • Click 'Events' from the sub-menu
  • Click 'Add Event' on the right-hand side of the page
  • Enter the event title and details
  • Enter the start and end date and time
  • Choose an image from your albums, the club's albums or a stock album
  • Click 'Save'

    Step-by-step guide:

    • Go to the club control panel
    • Click 'Site Content' from the left-hand menu
    • Click 'Events' from the sub-menu
    • Click 'Add Event' from the right-hand side of the page
    • Enter the event name and details
    • Choose an image from your albums, the club's albums or a stock album
    • Enter the start and end date and time (for the first event only)
    • Tick ‘This is a recurring event
    • Enter the frequency of the recurring event
    • Enter the number of recurring events you wish to create
    • Click 'Save'

    Delete a club event

    Step-by-step guide:

    • Go to the club control panel
    • Click 'Site Content' from the left-hand menu
    • Click 'Events' from the sub-menu
    • Locate the event you wish to delete
    • Click the spanner icon on the right-hand side of the page
    • Click 'Delete event'
    • If you wish to proceed, click 'OK'

    Once deleted, the club event cannot be recovered
