Invoices and method of payment

This article covers how to download invoices, view when the next payment is due, replace a bank card or change method of payment and learn more of our security policy.

Download invoices

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your club control panel
  • Click 'Upgrades & Invoices' in the left-hand menu
  • Click 'Invoices / Receipts'
  • Click 'Download PDF' to the right of the payment you wish to see the invoice for

View when the next payment is due

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your club control panel
  • Click 'Upgrades & Invoices' in the left-hand menu
  • Click 'Invoices / Receipts'

On this page, you can see the date when your club's next website package subscription is due, as well as the method of paying for the package.

Replace the bank card

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your club control panel
  • Click 'Upgrades & Invoices' in the left-hand menu
  • Click 'Payment Method'
  • Enter the new card details and click 'Add card'
  • View the old card details and click 'Remove'

Change the method of payment

There are two methods of paying for your club's website package subscription:

  • Debit or Credit Card with Stripe
  • Direct Debit with GoCardless

In order to change your club's method of payment, please email support@pitchero.com.

Tip:

To ensure you are not charged twice in the same billing schedule, wait until closer to when your next payment is due to change the method of payment.

Security

None of your bank account or card details are stored on or pass through Pitchero servers.

Instead, we use trusted payment providers, Stripe and GoCardless, to securely handle your data.
