Download invoices
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club admin dashboard
- Click 'Manage Package' in the left-hand menu
- Click 'Invoices / Receipts'
- Click 'Download PDF' on the invoice row
View when the next payment is due
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club admin dashboard
- Click 'Manage Package' in the left-hand menu
- Click 'Invoices / Receipts'
You can see the date when your club's next website package payment is due to be taken automatically from the existing payment method.
Replace the bank card
If the club is paying by bank card for the website package, a Webmaster with access the Packages section can view/update the card details for future payments via the Payment Methods page.
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club admin dashboard
- Click 'Manage Package' in the left-hand menu
- Click 'Payment Method'
- Enter the new card details and click 'Add card'
- View the old card details and click 'Remove'
Tip:
If the club is paying by Direct Debit (via GoCardless) for the website package, the club cannot update the payment method details via Pitchero. Instead, the club would need to contact GoCardless directly.
The club may need to reference the following details when contacting GoCardless:
- The email address of the GoCardless customer record
- The date and value of the last payment
- Details of the existing payment method (e.g. banking provider)
Change the method of payment
There are two methods of paying for your club's website package subscription:
- Debit or Credit Card (via Stripe)
- Direct Debit (via GoCardless)
If your club wishes to change its method of payment for the package, please contact our Support Team directly on support@pitchero.com.
Ttip:
To ensure your club is not charged twice in the same billing period, we advise the club to wait until closer to when its next payment is due before changing the method of payment (i.e. bank card to Direct Debit or vice versa).
Security
We, Pitchero, do not store or directly handle any of your bank or card details, nor are the detailed passed through the Pitchero servers.
Instead, we use trusted payment providers, Stripe and GoCardless, to securely handle your data.
