Overview

Purchasing a product through your club's website with Pitchero is quick, secure and can be completed at your own convenience. Both the member and the club are able to see a receipt of all payments completed this way.

To buy a product you must first register an account with the club. If you don't have an account yet, the payment process will take you through the process of creating one.

Pay for a product as an existing member

Step-by-step guide:

  • Navigate to the 'Shop' of your club's website
  • Click the product you wish to purchase
  • Click 'Buy' (If there are multiple options, select the required option first)
  • Select the member you are buying the product for
  • Click 'Pay now'
  • Complete the payment form and click 'Continue' (if applicable)
  • Enter your payment details
  • Click 'Pay'

A token is stored with the payment provider meaning you don't need to enter your details again in order to buy a product.

Pay for a product as a new member

Step-by-step guide:

  • Navigate to the 'Shop' of your club's website
  • Click the product you wish to purchase
  • Click 'Buy' (If there are multiple options, select the required option first)
  • Click 'Register' at the top right of the pop-out menu
  • Enter your details
  • Click 'Join this club'
  • Agree to the terms
    • Terms of Service (required)
    • Club's policies (required)
    • Pitchero Partners (optional)
  • Complete the reCAPTCHA form
  • Select the member you are buying the product for
  • Click 'Next'
  • Enter your card details
  • Click 'Pay'

A token is stored with the payment provider meaning you don't need to enter your details again in order to buy a product.

Donate to your club

Due to the recent lockdown, your club may have started fundraising by setting up donation products on their website. You may wish to contribute and support your club during this time.

Donate to your club as an existing member

Step-by-step guide:

  • Navigate to the 'Shop' of your club's website
  • Click 'Fundraising'
  • Click the required donation product
  • Choose a set amount or enter a custom amount
  • Click 'Donate'
  • Check the box if you wish to add Gift Aid to your donation
  • Click 'Continue'
  • Select a payment method
  • Click 'Pay'

  • Navigate to the 'Shop' of your club's website
  • Click 'Fundraising'
  • Click the required donation product
  • Choose a set amount or enter a custom amount
  • Click 'Donate'
  • Click 'Register'

    • Password
  • Click 'Join this club'
  • Agree to the terms
    • Terms of Service (required)
    • Club's policies (required)
    • Pitchero Partners (optional)
