Players/parents can pay for a single match fee, or pay multiple fees at once. --- ### Pay for a single match Step-by-step guide: - Login to your Pitchero account in a web browser - Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen - Click '**Your account**' (if you are associated with more than one club, click '**Your account**' and then the club name) - Click '**Payments**' at the top of the page - Locate the match fees and click '**View**' - Click on the specific match fee you wish to pay for - Click '**Pay now**' - Enter your card details - Click '**Pay**' - The screen will reload automatically to confirm the payment has been completed **Please note:** If you have any questions the match fee you have been asked to pay (e.g. the fee isn't correct), you should contact the Team Admin at the club directly via your Pitchero account messages. --- ### Pay for multiple match fees Step-by-step guide: - Login to your Pitchero account in a web browser - Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen - Click '**Your account**' (if you are associated with more than one club, click '**Your account**' and then the club name) - Click '**Payments**' at the top of the page - Locate the match fees and click '**View**' - Click '**Pay now**' - Enter your card details - Click '**Pay**' - The screen will reload automatically to confirm the payment has been completed **Please note:** If you have any questions the match fee you have been asked to pay (e.g. the fee isn't correct), you should contact the Team Admin at the club directly via your Pitchero account messages. --- ### Troubleshooting This section covers common troubleshooting queries: - A payment references 'Boston United FC' on Apple Pay transaction reporting. - Over the summer (2026), we became aware that payment completed by users via Apple Pay referenced 'Boston United FC' rather than the club's name in Apple Pay's transaction reporting. - The issue was resolved by Apple on 12th October 2026. The payment should reference the club name/domain in the merchant name field in the user's Apple Pay transaction reporting. - If a completed payment via Apple Pay after this date has the incorrect merchant name, please contact our Support Team directly for further assistance. - For payments completed before 12th October 2026, the user can report the incorrect merchant name directly to Apple. This should correct the instance in the user's Apple Pay transaction reporting. Following the steps provided below: - Go to the **Settings** area on your iOS device - Tap '**Wallet & Apple Pay**' - In the Payment Cards section, tap the **card** used to make payment - Tap '**Transactions**' - Tap on the **payment** labelled 'Boston United FC' - Tap '**Report Incorrect Merchant Info**' - Tap '**Merchant Name**' - Tap the **tick** icon in the top right corner of the screen --- ### Related articles Thanks for taking a look at this article, we hope that you found it useful.
