Overview

Given the volume of messages that clubs send, tracking what has been sent to whom is vital. Viewing sent messages is a permanent record in Pitchero while disabling replies, when appropriate, saves time for Admins and club members.

View sent messages

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your club control panel
  • Click 'Communication' from the left-hand menu
  • Click 'Sent'
  • Click on a sent message to view it

If your club is on the Elite or Ultimate package, click a sent message and 'view delivery stats' to display more information about that message.

Disable replies in a communication thread

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your club control panel
  • Click 'Communication' from the left-hand menu
  • Click 'Conversations' to display the communication thread between two or more people
  • Select a thread by clicking on a specific message and it will either show as 'Replies have been disabled' or you can click the red 'Disable Replies' button at the base of the page.
  • Enabling replies allows all members in the thread to reply. All replies will be received by all members within the thread, this may create a group discussion.
  • Disabling replies means there is no way to directly reply to the thread. You would disable replies when you do not require a response similar to a service announcement.
  • Enabling/disabling replies is an interim solution as we are developing our communications feature and we aim to allow replies public and privately in the future.
