Welcome to The Fundraising Club Lottery marketing tool kit. These articles support clubs promoting the Lottery with marketing ideas, sample text, and banners and posters to download.

If your club uses a Pitchero Club website, some marketing will be automatically generated through the website. See the "Pitchero Club - Automated Marketing" section below.

If you are NOT a Pitchero club, it is up to club officials to promote the Lottery far and wide using the materials and assets listed here.

Marketing Guidelines

It is essential that all clubs, Pitchero or Not Pitchero read the marketing guidelines listed here. These crucial guidelines, provided by the Lottery Manager, Bee Ethical, must be adhered to by all club officials and volunteers.

Pitchero Club - Automated Marketing

The following marketing will automatically occur monthly if your club uses a Pitchero website.

Last Day. On the last day of each month when the draw has taken place, a Winners article will be published on the club website, and an email will be sent via the club admin dashboard to all club members aged over 18. The article and email will list the winners across all clubs and promote Lottery sign-up ahead of the next draw.
10th Day. Around the 10th day of each month, Pitchero will send an email promoting the Lottery to all club members over 18. The email will be sent from Pitchero and encourage Lottery sign-up before the next draw.
48 Hours to Go. 48 hours before the draw deadline (the 20th day of each month), an email promoting the Lottery and giving them 48 hours notice will be sent via the club admin dashboard to all club members aged over 18.

Not Using a Pitchero Club

If your club does not use a Pitchero website, the automated marketing above will not occur.

It is up to club officials to promote the Lottery far and wide. If you want to join Pitchero and create a new club website, click here to sign up.

WhatsApp Community

The Fundraising Club Lottery has created a WhatsApp Community to make it easier for clubs to access help and support.

The WhatsApp community provides daily support and tips. As part of the onboarding, all clubs will be invited to join the WhatsApp community when their lottery page is live.
