Automated Messages
This article provides information on automated messages and how to change who an automated message is sent from.
Overview
With a Pitchero website, you will have access to automated messages which are there to assist with chasing/following up of availability for fixtures, payments, etc.
Automated messages are associated with an Admin of the website and the Admin associated with each group of message can be changed.
Please Note:
Pitchero is a template product used by thousands of grassroots sports clubs.
The content of the automated messages sent to the club's members is the same for each club.
There isn't an option for the club to change the content of an automated message sent via Pitchero.
Automated Messages
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club admin dashboard
- Click 'Settings' from the left-hand menu
- Click 'Automated Messages' from the Site Content sub-menu
- In the 'Drop Down Menu' next to the section required, select who the message will be sent from
