Manage my child's schedule in the Club App

Set my child's availability for an upcoming fixture or training session date

Setting your child's availability for a fixture/training session date helps the club prepare for the event.

This also allows the club to create a team selection based on your child's availability.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Open the Pitchero Club app
  • Tap the 'Schedule' icon
  • Tap your child's name at the top of the screen
  • Locate an upcoming fixture or training session
  • Tap 'Set availability
  • Select your child's availability
    • Available
    • Unavailable
    • Maybe
    • Not set
  • You can also add a note for the team admin by tapping 'Add note

You can update your child's availability any time before the fixture date.

Confirm my child's attendance for an upcoming fixture 

Step-by-step guide:

  • Open the Pitchero Club app
  • Tap the 'Schedule' icon
  • Tap your child's name at the top of the screen
  • Tap 'Respond to Selection
    • Playing
    • Not playing
    • Not responded

You can update your attendance any time before the fixture date.

This will not alert the Team Admin of the status change.

Sync my child's schedule to an external calendar app

Keep your child's schedule with you while you're on the go.

Any new fixtures or training session dates will be added automatically to your subscribed calendar.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Open the Pitchero Club app
  • Tap the 'Schedule' icon
  • Tap your child's name at the top of the screen
  • Tap the '+' icon in the top right corner of the screen 
  • This will prompt you to export the calendar to your device 

Troubleshooting problems

If you are unable to see the Schedule in the Pitchero Club app, there are some things you can try:

  • Log out of your account on the app and log back in
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the Pitchero Club app installed
  • Login to your account in a web browser to see if your schedule is working there
  • Check that you have the Player and/or Parent role in your account
  • Contact the club directly to check your account is set up correctly with the club
