Set my availability for an upcoming fixture or training session date
Setting your availability for a fixture/training date helps the club prepare for the event.
This also allows the club to create a team selection based on your availability.
Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Pitchero Club app
- Tap the 'Schedule' icon
- Locate an upcoming fixture or training session
- Tap 'Set availability'
- Select your availability for the upcoming date
- Available
- Unavailable
- Maybe
- Not set
- You can also add a note for the team admin by tapping 'Add note'
You can update your availability any time before the fixture date.
Confirm my attendance for an upcoming fixture
Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Pitchero Club app
- Tap the 'Schedule' icon
- Tap 'Respond to Selection'
- Playing
- Not playing
- Not responded
You can update your attendance any time before the fixture date.
This will not alert the Team Admin of the status change.
Export my schedule to a calendar app on my mobile device
Keep your schedule with you while you're on the go.
Any new fixture or training session dates will be added automatically to your subscribed calendar.
Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Pitchero Club app
- Tap the 'Schedule' icon
- Tap the '+' icon in the top right corner of the screen
- This will prompt you to export the calendar to your device
