      Manage Match Officials

      This article covers managing match officials on your Pitchero League website.

      Add a match official

      Step-by-step guide:

      • Go to the League Control Panel
      • Click 'League Contacts & Match Officials'
      • Click 'Match Officials'
      • Click 'Add a new Match Official'
      • Enter the match official's details
        • First name (required)
        • Last name (required)
      • Click 'Save'

      Top tip

      By default, the match official's personal details (phone number and email address) are not visible on the website. 
      You can tick to show these details on the website individually when adding or editing a match official in the League Control Panel.

      Upload a list of match officials

      Step-by-step guide:

      • Go to the League Control Panel
      • Click 'League Contacts & Match Officials'
      • Click 'Match Officials'
      • Click 'Import Match Officials'
      • Compile the match officials into a .csv file in the following format:
        • Column A - match official's title (e.g. Mr or Miss)
        • Column B - match official's first name
        • Column B - match official's last name
        • Column C - match official's email address (optional)
        • Column D - match official's phone number (optional)
        • Column E - match official's alternative phone number (optional)
      • Click 'Choose File'
      • Choose a file from your desktop
      • Click 'Upload'

      Allocate a match official to a fixture

      Step-by-step guide:

      • Go to the League Control Panel
      • Click 'Match Info'
      • Locate the fixture you wish to allocate a match official(s) to
      • Click the match officials number (0-3) towards the right-hand side of the page
      • Allocate the match official(s) to their respective positions
        • Referee
        • Assistant 1
        • Assistant 2

      The change(s) will be saved automatically.

      View match officials on the website

      There are two ways to see match officials on the website.

      Step-by-step guide to view match officials allocated to a specific fixture:

      • Go to the Pitchero League website
      • Click 'Match Info'
      • Locate the fixture you check the match officials for
      • Click on the fixture

      The match official(s) is shown beneath the fixture details.

       

      Step-by-step guide to view all match officials:

      • Go to the Pitchero League website
      • Hover over the 'Match Info' navigation menu
      • Click 'Match Officials'

      All match officials added by League Admins are shown.
