Overview
Adding officials/contacts helps to guide enquiries to the right place.
Contacts show in the Information menu of the website and are managed by League Admins in the League Control Panel.
Members of the League listed on the Contacts page do not have any administrative access on the website, however, they can separately have the League Admin role.
Add a contact
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your League Control Panel
- Click 'League Contacts & Match Officials'
- Click '+ Add a new Official'
- Enter the contact's details
- First name and last name are required
- Other information is optional
- Enter the contact's email address if you want the official to be contactable through the website
- Click 'Save'
Edit a contact
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your League Control Panel
- Click 'League Contacts & Match Officials'
- Locate the contact you wish to edit
- Click the edit icon
- Edit the contact's details as required
- Click 'Save'
Remove a contact
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your League Control Panel
- Click 'League Contacts & Match Officials'
- Locate the contact you wish to remove
- Click the delete icon
- Click 'OK' to proceed
Once removed, it will not be possible to restore the contact on the website, though it can be created again easily in the League Control Panel.
