Setting your website to live / not live

When the club's Pitchero website is initially created it's set to not live so that the club can get the website ready for members to view and join.

The club website can be set to live/not live at any time by a club Webmaster with full access to the Settings area of the club admin dashboard.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your club admin dashboard
  • Click 'Settings' from the left-hand menu
  • Click 'Website Settings' from the Settings sub-menu
  • Select 'Live' or 'Not Live'
  • Click 'Save' to keep changes

Please note:

  • While set to "Not Live', the website will only be accessible to registered users with the Webmaster or Team Admin role (who are logged into their Pitchero account).
  • Visitors/non-admins cannot see the club's content while the website is set to not live, nor will they receive emails/notifications related to club content/updates.
  • Members will not be able to find and join the club via the Pitchero Club app while the website is set to Not Live either.
