      Update profile & remove account on Teamer

      This article provides information on managing the details in your Teamer account.

      Update your profile information

      Step-by-step guide:

      • Go to teamer.net
      • Login to your account
      • Click on your email address/phone number on the right-hand side of the page
      • Click 'Edit profile' in the drop-down menu
      • Make the necessary changes
      • Click 'Save'

      If you are unable to update the email address or phone number on your account, it's likely that it's registered with a different account.

      You can merge the two accounts together. See the section below for guidance.

      Alternatively, contact us directly for assistance with your account.

      Manage your notifications

      Step-by-step guide:

      • Go to teamer.net
      • Login to your  account
      • Next to your email address or mobile number, you will see a 'Bell' icon
      • Click the 'Bell' icon 

      Merge two or more accounts

      Step-by-step guide:

      • Log into the account you wish to remove the teams from
      • Click 'Dashboard' 
      • Scroll down to 'My Teams'         
      • Hover over the account name within the team and click the name
      • Click 'Add contact' 
      • `Enter your new email address or mobile number you wish to link this team account to
      • Click 'Save'

      You can now safely remove the old email address from your account

      Step-by-step guide:

      • Go to teamer.net
      • Login to your account
      • Click 'Dashboard' 
      • Scroll down to 'My Teams'     
      • Hover over and click the account name you wish to remove the email address from 
      • Click 'Edit' 
      • Click the 'Bin' icon next to the email address or mobile number you wish to remove

      You will now only be able to log into this account using the remaining email address or mobile number 
      If you no longer need this account, you can request your account to be removed

      Account Removal

      If you no longer need your account after a merge or no longer wish to use Teamer, please email us help@teamer.net and we can remove your account. 

      Please make this request from the email address associated with your account, we cannot process account removals from external email addresses. 

      Club Removal 

      If you no longer need your club, please email us help@teamer.net and we can remove the club from your account.
