Common Errors when adding members

This article covers common errors you may encounter when adding and accepting members to your team.

Member must be from X error

This error happens when a member you are trying to add has their country set to a different one to your team, for example, your team is set to the United Kingdom but the member has their country set to Australia.

To resolve this, the member will need to update their profile to the United Kingdom, you can then invite them to your team or accept their membership request. 

Normalised phone/email already in use

This error happens when you try to invite a member using their email address and mobile number, however, they already have an account using their mobile number or email address which has a different email or mobile number associated with it. 

To resolve this, please invite the member using either their mobile number or email address with no other information other than their name.
