Overview

You can list team events (e.g. games, training and more), request player attendance for the event and collect payments for the event.

Create an event

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your team page
  • Click 'Events'
  • Click 'Add Event +'
  • Select the event type
  • Enter the event date and time
  • Enter the venue name
  • Click 'Create Event'

To create a recurring event:

When creating the event, click 'Recurring Event?' and select the number of weeks you wish the event to repeat for. 

Edit an existing event

Once you have created the event, you can add and update additional event details.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your team page 
  • Click 'Events'
  • Locate the event, then click 'Edit
  • In the new window, view and update the event details where required
  • Click the 'Save Changes

Any changes to an event will invalidate the availability status of your members, ALL team members will have to respond again. 

Notifications & Line up

This section allows you to manage who will be playing in the event by adding players to the lineup. You can also add other players to the standby list if one of the players in the lineup is unable to play.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your team page 
  • Click 'Events'
  • Click on the event
  • Click 'Notifications/Lineup
  • You can see a list of team members on the left-hand side of the page
  • Click the 'Add to lineup' icon on the players you wish to select in the lineup
  • Click the 'Add to standby' icon on the players you wish to select in the standby

Cancel an event

You can only cancel an event once you have sent notifications to your lineup/members, if you haven't completed this yet, please see delete an event

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your team page 
  • Click 'Events'
  • Find the event you wish to cancel
  • Click 'Cancel'
  • In the overlay, click 'OK'

As you're cancelling the event, you can also enter a reason for the event being cancelled (e.g. waterlogged pitch).

Team members will then be notified of the cancelled event.

Delete an event

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to your team page 
  • Click 'Events'
  • Find the event you wish to delete
  • Click 'Delete'
  • In the overlay, click 'OK'

If you have already sent notifications to your members, you need to cancel the event before you can delete it. Deleting an event does not send a notification to your team members.
