Users with only the Supporter role cannot send messages to other members and admins, but can respond to messages sent to them. From other club members to team admins you're able to create: - Private messages for one to one conversations - Group conversations with your other club members **Top Tips**: The messages features in the account area using a web browser are also available for authorised members using the Pitchero Club app. [**Click here**](https://help.pitchero.com/knowledge/club-app/manage-messages) to read the related article. Webmasters with access to Communication and Team Admins can send club-wide messages using the [**Communication area**](https://help.pitchero.com/knowledge/communication-message) within the club admin dashboard or the [**Announcements feature**](https://help.pitchero.com/knowledge/announcements) on the Pitchero Club app. **Please note**: Users with only the Supporter role cannot send messages to other members and admins at the club, but can respond to messages sent to them from an authorised member/admin of the club. If your account currently has the Supporter role, but you have applied for other roles with the club, the role application(s) need to be moderated by the club before you can message other members of the club on Pitchero.
