This article provides information on the 1st October 2020 pricing change for Pitchero Club websites.
It is now evident, more than ever, that grassroots clubs require world-class technology to help manage membership, collect revenue and organise teams.
So that we can continue to create these much-needed tools, we decided to make the following changes to the packages we offer from the 1st October 2020:
- The Free package will be limited to 1 team
- The Elite package will be £30p/m or £330 paid annually
- The Ultimate package will be £90p/m or £990 paid annually
Since Covid-19, Pitchero has released; fundraising tools, track and trace features and match fees. All designed to help clubs return to normal as quickly as possible.
We appreciate the continued support and believe the features of Pitchero will benefit each club for years to come.
What this means for your Free club
There is no change for Free clubs running 1 team on the website and mobile apps.
For clubs with more than 1 team, the 2nd and 3rd teams will be frozen out as the club is limited to running 1 team.
No content is removed from Pitchero for the 2nd and 3rd teams. The hidden teams will be reinstated once the club upgrades to Elite or Ultimate.
For clubs remaining on Free, the highest ranked team on the website will remain live.
If your club wishes to change which 1 team is available to use on the website, a Webmaster can manually hide the highest ranked team. The system will automatically allow the club to run the second highest ranked team instead.
What this means for your Elite or Ultimate club
Your club doesn't need to do anything. The next package payment after 1st October 2020 (monthly or annual) will be charged at the new package rate.
Your club can view when the next payment is due and how much it will be in the club control panel > Packages > Invoices
