Manage fixtures using the Pitchero Club app or Pitchero Manager app

This article provides information on using the Pitchero Club app or legacy Pitchero Manager app to add, manage and delete manual fixtures on Pitchero.

Top Tip:

The features of the Pitchero Manager app are being moved to the Pitchero Club app so users will only need 1 mobile app for both member and admin functions.

Once the admin features have been moved to the Pitchero Club app, the Pitchero Manager app will be phased out.


 

Add a new friendly fixture

Using the new Pitchero Club app

Step-by-step guide:

  • Open the Pitchero Club app on your phone
  • Tap 'MATCHES'
  • Tap '+' in the bottom right corner of the screen
  • Enter the fixture details
    • Team (if you have access to multiple teams)
    • Opposition team name
    • Home/away
    • Date and time
    • Fixture type
  • Tap 'CREATE FIXTURE'

Using the legacy Pitchero Manager app

Step-by-step guide:

  • Log into your Manager app
  • Tap the '+' icon at the top right of the app
  • Select the 'Team' that is playing from your Club
  • Select 'Home' or 'Away' (This will autofill your team name in the following field)
  • Enter the 'Team name' for the opposing team
  • Enter the 'Date' of the fixture
  • Enter the 'Start Time' of the fixture
  • Tap the 'Tick' icon at the top right of the app

 

Add additional fixture information

Once you have added a fixture, you can add/update additional information for the fixture, including:

  • Meet time
  • Instructions for players, parents and coaches
  • Location

This information is available for members to see on the Pitchero Club app and the club's website.

Using the new Pitchero Club app

Step-by-step guide:

  • Open the Pitchero Club app on your phone
  • Tap 'MATCHES'
  • Tap on the fixture
  • View the basic fixture details towards the top of the screen, and more information in the Match Details section
  • Tap on the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the Match Details section
  • Tap 'Edit fixture'
  • Scroll to the Additional Information section on the screen
  • Add/update the information (optional)
  • Tap 'SAVE CHANGES'

 

View and edit fixture information

Once you have added a fixture, you can add/update additional details (e.g. meet time, venue and instructions), or change the existing details.

Using the new Pitchero Club app

Step-by-step guide:

  • Open the Pitchero Club app on your phone
  • Tap 'MATCHES'
  • Tap on the fixture
  • View the basic fixture details towards the top of the screen, and more information in the Match Details section
  • Tap on the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the Match Details section
  • Tap 'Edit fixture'
  • View/edit the fixture details
  • Tap 'SAVE CHANGES' at the bottom of the screen

Using legacy the Pitchero Manager app

Step-by-Step guide:

  • Log into your Manager app
  • Select the fixture from the 'Match Centre'
  • Tap 'Match Information'
  • Here you can view and edit all the current details for the fixture

 

Change the fixture status

By default, the fixture status is active. If something changes, you can update the status and send an alert to team members.

Using the new Pitchero Club app

Step-by-step guide:

  • Open the Pitchero Club app on your phone
  • Tap 'MATCHES'
  • Find the fixture you wish to delete
  • Tap on the fixture
  • Tap on the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the Match Details section
  • Tap 'Change status'
  • Select a new fixture status; Active, Abandoned, Cancelled, Postponed
  • Tap 'Save'

 

Delete a fixture

Using the new Pitchero Club app

Step-by-step guide:

  • Open the Pitchero Club app on your phone
  • Tap 'MATCHES'
  • Find the fixture you wish to delete
  • Tap on the fixture
  • Tap on the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the Match Details section
  • Tap 'Delete fixture'
  • Tap 'Delete' to confirm the action

Using the legacy Pitchero Manager app

Step-by-Step guide:

  • Log into your Manager app
  • Select the fixture from the 'Match Centre'
  • Tap 'Match Information'
  • Tap 'Delete' at the bottom of the app
  • Tap 'OK' to confirm

Please note: 

Deleting a fixture is a permanent action and cannot be recovered

If a fixture is no longer going ahead consider postponing or cancelling instead
