Overview
Pitchero clubs can now use the Bookteq integration to hire out their sports facilities online.
Whether it's 3G pitches, your bar or changing rooms, making the most of what your club has, all-year-round, is now even simpler to manage in on place.
Increase the use of your club facilities and bring in more revenue, even out of season.
Create a Bookteq account
The first step is to sign up to Bookteq via your club control panel.
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Facility Booking' in the left-hand menu
- Click 'Dashboard' from the sub-menu
- Click 'Get started today - connect to Bookteq'
- Enter your club's details
- Click 'Let's start!'
A member of the Bookteq team will be in touch to help your club list out the venue facilities and take bookings online.
Add the Bookteq plugin to your Pitchero Club website
In order for the Bookteq plugin to show on your club's Pitchero Club website, the club needs to have connected the Bookteq account to Pitchero and have created the venues/spaces to take bookings via Bookteq.
The club can decide which specific venue/spaces to show in the plugin on the Pitchero website.
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Facility Booking' in the left-hand menu
- Click 'Booking Calendar' from the sub-menu
- Select whether to show the Bookteq on your Pitchero website yes/no
- Click 'Save' to save the change
If selected 'yes', Facility Bookings will show as a navigation option publicly on the Pitchero website
Choose a venue or space to show in the Bookteq plugin
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Facility Booking' in the left-hand menu
- Click 'Booking Calendar' from the sub-menu
- Select the venue or space option you wish to show on the Pitchero website
- Click 'Save' to save the change
Top tip:
The club can list one venue at a time on the Bookteq plugin, but multiple spaces at the venue at once.
