Overview

Documents is the ideal place to add information for your League e.g. AGM minutes or code of conduct.

Documents are publicly visible via the Information menu on the website and are managed by League Admins in the League Control Panel.

Add a document

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the League Control Panel
  • Click 'Downloads'
  • Click '+ Add a new download'
  • Select the file you wish to upload
  • Enter the field title and description
  • Choose a category
  • Tick to agree to the Terms & Conditions
  • Click 'Upload'

Top tip

When uploading a new document, you can create a new document category.

Select 'Other', then enter the category name.

This helps to separate documents on the website by their category.

Delete a document

Step-by-step guide:

  • Go to the League Control Panel
  • Click 'Downloads'
  • Locate the document you wish to remove
  • Click the delete icon
  • Click 'OK' to proceed'

Once deleted, it will not be possible to restore the document on the website.
