Manage my roles on the Club app

This article provides information on how to apply for new roles and manage existing roles within your Club

Step-by-step guide:

  • Open the Pitchero Club app
  • Tap the 'Menu' icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
  • Tap 'My account'
  • Tap 'My roles'

Your existing and pending roles at the club show at the top of the screen.

Apply for a new role

Step-by-step guide:

  • Open the Pitchero Club app
  • Tap the 'Menu' icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
  • Tap 'My account'
  • Tap 'My roles'
  • Tap the role you wish to apply for
  • Tap 'Apply'
    • If you have applied for the Player, Coach or Team Admin role, you will need to select which team you wish to join

Any roles you have applied for will show as 'Pending' until they have been moderated by the club.

You will be notified once your role request has been approved or declined.

Remove an existing role

  • Open the Pitchero Club app
  • Tap the 'Menu' icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
  • Tap 'My account'
  • Tap 'My roles'
  • Tap the '>' icon on the role you wish to remove
  • Tap 'Remove' to confirm
