Manage your account on the go from your mobile!
Here you can learn how to edit your details, manage the different clubs you're connected with and adjust which notifications you receive from each team you're following.
Manage my account details
Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Pitchero Club app
- Tap the 'Menu' icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Tap 'My account'
- Tap 'My info'
- View and update your details as required
- Tap 'Save changes'
Join a new club
Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Pitchero Club app
- Tap the 'Menu' icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Tap 'My account'
- Tap 'My clubs'
- Tap the '+' icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Select the sport
- Search the club name
- Tap to complete the consent form
- Choose your role(s) within the club (or tap 'Skip' if you don't wish to apply for any roles)
- Tap 'Apply'
- Tap 'Next step'
- Tap the team(s) you wish to follow (you can follow up to 3 teams at any time on the app)
- Tap the 'Tick' icon in the top right corner of the screen
Any roles you have applied for will show as 'Pending' until they have been moderated by the club.
You will be notified once the role request has been approved or declined.
Manage my notifications
Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Pitchero Club app
- Tap the 'Menu' icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Tap 'My account'
- Tap 'Notification settings'
- Toggle the notifications between on and off as you wish
- Any notifications from the club
- Club content
- Team content
Switch between different clubs
You can be linked to multiple clubs on Pitchero and smoothly switch between viewing them using the Pitchero Club app.
Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Pitchero Club app
- Tap the 'Menu' icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Tap 'Switch clubs'
- Tap the club you wish to view
The app will reload the new club selected.
Remove a club from my Pitchero account
This section covers removing an existing club from your Pitchero account.
Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Pitchero Club app
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- In the My Clubs section, tap the pencil icon
- Tap "X" next to the club you wish to remove from your account
- Tap "YES" to confirm you wish to remove the club from your Pitchero account
If your account is linked to one club, removing that club from your account will leave your account with no clubs links. The next time you use the app, you will be prompted to join a new club.
If your account is linked to multiple clubs, removing one club from your account will not interrupt your account membership with the other club(s).
Please note:
- Removing a club from your account will not close your Pitchero user account. You can close your Pitchero user account separately via the My Details screen of the app.
- Removing a club from your account will not automatically cancel any active subscription payments with the club. These would need to be cancelled separately by the club.
Log out of my account
Step-by-step guide:
- Open the Pitchero Club app
- Tap the 'Menu' icon in the bottom corner of the screen
- Tap 'My account'
- Tap 'Logout'
- Tap 'Log out' to confirm
