Add a member
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Membership' in the left-hand menu
- Click 'Membership Database' in the sub-menu
- Click the green '+ Add a member' button on the right-hand side of the page
- Select the member's roles and click 'Next'
- Enter the member's details
- Tick to agree the club has already gained the member's consent
- Click 'Add member'
Tip:
You only need to enter the member's name to add them to your Membership Database. If you have the member's other details, you can enter them too.
An email address can only be associated with one member record. If you are adding both the parent and child, the email address should be added to the parent's record.
Import members from a spreadsheet
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Membership' in the left-hand menu
- Click 'Import' in the sub-menu
- Download your existing membership database
- Add new members to the spreadsheet (leaving the member ID column blank)
- Save the file
- Upload the CSV file back to Pitchero
Invite members to register
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Membership' in the left-hand menu
- Click 'Membership Database' in the sub-menu
- Select the members you wish to invite
- Click 'Invite'
- Enter a custom message to the invited members (optional)
- Click 'Preview'
- Click 'Send invites'
You can send member invite emails every 3 days to members through your club control panel.
Members joining the website
New members can register with the club via the club homepage by clicking 'Join'.
The member enters their details, agrees to the relevant consent options and registers with Pitchero and the club.
After the member has registered, they are directed to their account to complete any other required information by the club.
If the member is already registered with Pitchero, they can still join the club via the club homepage and skip the steps to register with Pitchero.
