All the information you need for managing video's withing your Pitchero account.

Quick links:

 

Upload a video

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login to Pitchero
  • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'Settings' in the side-bar
  • Click 'Videos & Photos'
  • Hover over green 'Upload Videos & Photos' button
  • Click ‘Upload Video
  • Enter the video name and description
  • Click ‘Choose files
  • Select your video
  • Click ‘Save

The video will be processed and will be visible when it is ready.

Upload a YouTube video

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login to Pitchero
  • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'Settings' in the side-bar
  • Click 'Videos & Photos'
  • Hover over green 'Upload Videos & Photos' button
  • Click ‘Upload Video
  • Click 'Click here'
  • Paste the YouTube video URL
  • Click 'Save'

Share a video with a club

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login to Pitchero
  • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'Settings' in the side-bar
  • Click 'Videos & Photos' from the top menu
  • Click on the video name
  • Click ‘Choose a website to share with
  • Select the club to share the album with and
  • Click ‘Save

Before the video can appear on the website, it must be moderated by a Webmaster of the club.

Edit an existing video

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login to Pitchero
  • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
  • Click 'Settings' in the side-bar
  • Click 'Videos & Photos' from the top menu
  • Click on the video name
  • On the video page, you can:
    • Change the video name
    • Change the video description
    • Change where the video is shared
  • Click 'Save'

    Unshare a video with a club

    Step-by-step guide:

    • Login to Pitchero
    • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
    • Click 'Settings' in the side-bar
    • Click 'Videos & Photos'
    • Click on the video name
    • In the sharing section, click 'Delete'
    • Click 'Save'

    Remove a video from my account

    Step-by-step guide:

    • Login to Pitchero
    • Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen
    • Click 'Settings' in the side-bar
    • Click 'Videos & Photos' from the top menu
    • Click on the video name
    • Click 'Delete'
    • In the overlay, click 'OK'

    Once an album has been deleted, it cannot be restored to your club’s website.

    Troubleshooting

    This section covers common troubleshooting queries:

    • Unable to upload a video to my Pitchero account
      • First, we would advise that you check if the issue is local to your browser, device, or network connection. Things that you can try:
        • Browser - log out of your account and log back in, close the page and reopen it, close the browsing window and open a new one, check for any browser updates, clear the cookies, cache and history in your browser, try a different browser (e.g. if you're using Edge, try using Chrome).
        • Device - Restart/turn off your device and turn is back on, check for any software updates on the device, try using a different device (e.g. if you're using a work computer, try using your personal laptop, tablet or phone)
        • Network connection - restart your router, try using a different network connection (e.g. if you're at work, try using the same device but on your home wifi, or hotspot using your mobile data)
    • A video I've uploaded not showing on the club's/league's website
      • Once you have uploaded the video to your account, the video can be shared with a Pitchero Club and/or League website. The video will then require moderation by the club/league before the content can show on their Pitchero website.
