Availability can be set for the whole day or each event with event-based availability (currently in BETA and due to be available to all clubs and users soon). This article covers how a player/parent can set availability for the whole day or for each event using the Pitchero Club app or a web browser. --- ### Set my/child's availability for the whole day #### Using the Pitchero Club app Step-by-step guide: - Open the Pitchero Club app - Tap the '**Schedule**' icon at the bottom of the screen - If managing your child's schedule, click the **child's name** towards the top of the screen - Tap '**Respond** **to** **Selection**' - Playing - Not playing - Not responded #### Using a web browser Step-by-step guide: - Login to Pitchero - Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen - Click '**Your Account**' (If you are associated with more than one club, click '**Your Account**' and then the club name) - Click '**Schedule**' - If managing your child's schedule, click the **child's name** towards the top of the page - View the upcoming fixture - Click '**Respond to selection**' - Respond to the team selection - I'm playing - I'm not playing - I've not responded - Click '**Save**' --- ### Troubleshooting This section covers common troubleshooting queries: - Availability for the whole day or for each event - Event-based availability is currently in BETA and due to be released to all clubs and users soon. - Players/parents with multiple events on a day will be able to set their availability for the whole day or for each event. - If the player currently has one event on the day, their availability is automatically set for the event specifically, not the whole day.
