Get help when you need it

Get answers to your questions whenever you need it, 24/7, 365 days a year.

Use the Help Centre

The majority of questions can be answered in our Help Centre. Navigate to the specific area related to your enquiry or use the search box at the top of the page.

Chat with the Customer Agent

Chat with the AI customer agent any time of the day (see 'Ask me anything..' in the bottom corner of the page).

The customer agent can handle up to 60% of enquiries. If the customer agent cannot answer your question, it will create a support ticket for a human to reply via email (usually within 2 working days).


 

Contact the Pitchero Support team

Please note:

Pitchero is the software provider of the club's Pitchero website and mobile apps. Pitchero doesn't manage the club's content or enquiries.

If you intend to contact the club directly, you can do this via the Contact page of their Pitchero-hosted website.

This includes:

  • The club's facilities
  • Joining the club
  • An existing member's information or payments with the club

What information to include in a support ticket

If you have any questions regarding the Pitchero software, you can contact our dedicated support team via the form below.

Help us to help you. So that we can fully understand your enquiry and provide you with the best advice as quickly as possible, please provide us with as much relevant information regarding your enquiry.

Information you should include in your enquiry:

  • A clear description of your enquiry, with steps you have taken

  • Whether you have tried using a different browser, device, and/or network connection

  • Whether another members/admin is tried completing the same action, and whether that worked for them, or they are stuck too
  • Links to relevant pages you are using
  • Screenshots (or a screen recording) of relevant pages/screens you are using, especially if they show an error message
