If you are paying for a recurring payment by credit/debit card (Stripe) you have the ability to update the payment information within your account area.
If however, you have a subscription by Direct Debit (GoCardless) you would need to contact your club directly.
To update your payment information:
Sign into your Pitchero account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
Go to ‘Your account’ and select the club you wish to update the payment information for.
Select the active subscription.
Within this page, you have the option to change your payment card on the right-hand side.
Click the 'Change' Button.
Click 'Add New Card'
You can now update your card information, click 'Add Card' this will save your new card information.
