There are three reasons why a member isn't receiving emails through Pitchero.
Below, are the reasons, and how they can be rectified:
- The member hasn't confirmed their account
The member can send themselves a verification email here - https://secure.pitchero.com/account/settings/emails/
- The member's email account is bouncing emails sent from Pitchero
The member must contact Pitchero directly to be removed from our suppression lists. The member should also add email@example.com as a safe-sender in their email account settings.
- The member has elected to unsubscribed receiving emails from Pitchero
This is a deliberate action on the member's part. As such, it cannot be overridden by the club or Pitchero. The member can re-subscribe to receiving emails here - https://secure.pitchero.com/account/settings/emails/
