If a player or club member is under 14 years of age they are not eligible for a registered Pitchero account.
So the child is kept up-to-date with information about their fixtures and events at the club a registered parent account can be given the parent role for their child, giving the parent the ability to manage their child's account.

If the club doesn't have the parent's email address, the parent can go to the club's site, create a Pitchero account and apply for membership applying for the parent role, selecting or adding their child.
To apply for the parent role:
Sign in to your Pitchero account
Go to membership, alternatively, navigate to this link https://secure.pitchero.com/account/membership/
Select Manage roles
Next to Apply to be a, select 'Parent'
Click add child
Type in your child's name
If your child's name appears click apply
If your child's name doesn't appear select 'Click here' and add their name and their team
Your application will then be waiting for the club to accept.
