You can cancel a member's recurring subscription to the club any time in your club control panel.
Please see the steps below:
- Go to your club control panel
- Click 'Shop and payments' in the left-hand menu
- Click 'Products' from the sub-menu
- Click on the product name
- Click on the member's name
- Click 'Subscription'
- Click 'Cancel' on the right-hand side of the page
- Click 'Yes, cancel' to proceed with the cancellation
The page will reload and with the status 'Cancelled'.
The member's assignment status will continue to show as 'Paid' until when the next payment is expected to be collected. At this point, the assignment status will change automatically to 'Not paid'.
You can also cancel a member's subscription within the payment provider dashboard.
