You are only able to add a Key Contact for the roles that are already available in the Staff & Officials section displaying under 'Key Contacts'
To add a member to the existing Key Contacts, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Club Control Panel and click on Site Content and then Staff & Officials.
- Click 'Add' on the role you wish to select a member for
- Search for the member's name
- Click on the member (or add them to the Membership Database if they aren't there)
- Your member will now be added to this role
Alternatively, you can add a custom group and add new roles there if your preferred Key Roles do not exist.
