Login to your club control panel.
Click the 'Membership' tab in the left-hand menu. After that, click 'Membership Database'.
Locate the member in the Membership Database and click on their name.
In the overlay, click 'Roles'.
To add a new role, tick the role (and select a specific team if relevant), then click 'Save'.
To remove a role, untick the role and click 'Save'.
